Name of event: West Derby Sport and Culture Awards 2024

Purpose:
The purpose of the West Derby awards is to give back to the community in the West derby area. We are presenting awards to young performers to have a taste of what the rewards are like for the professionals.
Youth player of the year – we are going to be looking at goals, assists and speaking to coaches to see who they put forward for the award.

These are the awards that will be given out to the winners.
The two leagues we are going to looking at is Liverpool business houses football league for the boys and Liverpool County FA girls and open league.
The age group for the boys is under18s and play on weekends and the girls football teams play on a weekend and are under18s.

Target audience:
We are going to giving out to clubs and players that are under 18 boys and under 18 girl this will give the target audience as their clubs will be taking part and the parents of the children and people involved with the clubs such the managers and staff that help clubs/ volunteers. It is going to be funded by parents and donations from different charities at the event and sponsorship. We are also going to use the agency pulse for staff and bar staff.
The last day for sponsors; 10th February 2024
The event will take place on the 11th of February 2024 the event will be an award show and have sponsors that will set up pop up shops around the event so people can purchase items such as football boots and other sports items.
I am choosing sport football in the West derby area to be looked at. I am looking at sport as it has most age groups such as youth level and other ages such as open age for people to enjoy. They also have diverse groups and leagues for different genders. I am going to be looking at under18s youth level and u16s for the girls. the DJ will be a local DJ and the artist will be another local artist the presenter is going to be from Liverpool we are still looking for people to be the singer and Dj with the budget of £350. The presenter budget £1000. We also have a budget of £1000 for the artist.
Event details:
Will be held at the Liverpool fc event room in Anfield Rd, Anfield, Liverpool L4 0TH
There will be allocated seats
It will only last for 4 hours just on one day event
Food and shop stalls will be set up in the venue
Will be special guests such as celebrities
There will be a DJ and artists
Timeline
16.30 – arrive at event
17:00 – have everyone seated ready for the start
17:15 – start event with some of the awards for both girls and boys

18:15 – have the DJ perform – local DJ from Liverpool
18:45 – have artist perform - singer
19:15 - a break and opportunity to buy things from stalls
19:45– finish with the rest of the awards for both boys and girls
Club of the year
Most improved club of the year
20:30– finished and let people have a look at stalls
20:45 – left the event
Sponsors and charities
We are looking for multiple sponsors and charities for the event to set u stalls shops and to serve food and drinks we are looking to have a sponsor of £1000 to promote the company's logo and items in the event. We are looking for charities in the local area to help fund raisers.
We are also looking for people to be the artist, presenter, and DJ to work for the event the budget is £350 for the Dj, presenter budget will be £1000 and £1000 for the artist if u would get back to us with the inks above.
I am going to be creating an Audio product which is a podcast and print which is going to be posters to promote the event and social media to promote the event and to get a wider range and to gain sponsors and charities. We are going to have a website.
As well to help fund raising and to let people know about the event. I am also going to create a logo for branding and a voting system on the website so they can vote for the awards.
The last day for sponsors, charities, and performers: 10th February 2024.
